Ecotec Platinum	BWP	Calibrated plywood with a fully composed hardwood core, meeting marine-ply parameters. Borer and termite proof.
Ecotec TMR	Moisture resistant	Preservative-treated moisture-resistant ply, protected against borer attack.
Ecotec Platinum Fire Retardant	Fire retardant	The fire-retardant variant.

BWP (boiling water proof) belongs in kitchens and bathrooms; MR (moisture resistant) is fine for bedroom wardrobes and costs materially less. Using BWP everywhere is the most common way to overspend on ply.
IS 710 is the marine-grade standard. The number is stamped on the sheet — check it rather than trusting the sticker.
Formaldehyde emission grade (E-0, E-1) matters in a closed bedroom. E-0 is the lowest.
